For over 30 years Jerry has been building custom homes. Beginning in 1989, Jerry started by building his own custom home and from there he started building duplexes and apartments. Today, Jerry is building residential developments throughout Will and Kankakee Counties. He is committed in have exceptional customer service, innovative designs, quality construction, and affordable prices. Jerry believes it is his responsibility to find clients their dream property by educating, informing, and guiding them through every step of the building process.
Mykenna started with Curwick Home Builders in September 2020. As the Project Manager, Mykenna manages construction schedules, orders materials, and walks the homeowner through the building process utilizing the Buildertrend project management software. Mykenna also meets with clients at our Design Center to select the finishes for their new homes.
Mykenna graduated with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Construction Management in 2022. With her high level of performance, energy, and dedication to excellence, Mykenna delivers unmatched value and customized services to our home buyers.
Tom has worked in the building industry for over 40 years. He started with Curwick Home Builders in 2018. Tom’s knowledge of construction practices plays a pivotal role in the building and oversight of quality homes. For a variety of projects, Tom oversees the scheduling, material delivery, inspections, labor coordination, and management of the building process from start to finish. Maintaining safe, clean, and compliant job sites is Tom’s main priority. Tom maintains a good working relationship with clients, contractors, and vendors by analyzing and resolving problems that arise throughout the building process.
Penny has worked for Curwick Home Builders for over 6 years. She handles the financial matters of the business such as client billing, accounts payable, receivables, home closings, payroll, and banking. She approaches all phases of any job with a positive, hard-working approach, and is passionate about helping to find solutions to any tasks. She assists in the development and implementation of the firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs, and practices within the firm.
Janice joined our team in 2018 as an Administrative Assistant. Along with general office support, Janice is also responsible for handling warranty claims, cabinet layout design and ordering, and other administrative tasks. She is committed to providing exceptional care to all our clients by building relationships and providing excellent customer satisfaction. Janice’s other responsibilities include trucking safety compliance, billing accounts payable and accounts receivable for Curwick Trucking. She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call Curwick Home Builders!
